The Ensemble BachWerkVokal invites you to an exciting concert evening under the motto “Enough?” On Sunday, July 4th, 21st at 6 pm in the Gnigl parish church. "Enough?" What do we have enough or not enough of? Composers have asked themselves this question again and again through the centuries up to the present day. We have definitely had enough of Corona and the effects of the crisis, which is now finally fading.
The program includes the cantatas “I have enough” BWV 82 and “O Ewigkeit, du Donnerwort” BWV 60 with the famous final chorale “Es ist Enough” by Johann Sebastian Bach, songs by Alma Mahler-Werfel. On this evening you will also experience the world premiere of the cantata “Enough” by Jakob Gruchmann (composition) and Albert Vinzens (text).
